Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Orders that are fulfilled by Madeinitaly-e.net are shipped via UPS. You will have tracking information available at www.ups.com. An e-mail from UPS will inform you about your tracking details.
All our shipping costs are according with UPS and added to our discounted rates will allow you to purchase your sunglasses at the most competitives prices.
For customers not UE, before payment step, our prices will be decreased of European tax VAT (22%), but maybe they could pay custom duties.

MadeinItaly-e.net estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment and whether you have requested that we minimize the number of shipments or shipped items as they become available. We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping speed you've chosen. Orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item can take longer to assemble before we're able to ship them to you.
We at MadeinItaly-e.net review our inventory daily. We also revise our product features according to manufacturers modifications. If the item or the items are not available, we’ll inform you in order to verify the possibility to find, together, an alternative or delete and refund the order.
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Madeinitaly-e.net within 14 days of delivery for a full refund regarding the value of item. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Madeinitaly-e.net.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days); the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you don’t receive the return and refund within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please e-mail us for further assistance.
How are refunds calculated?
The amount of your refund depends on several factors:
Items that meet our returns guidelines will receive a full refund of item price.
Items that do not meet our returns guidelines will receive only partial refunds:
. Any item that has obvious signs of use: 30% of item's price.
. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: no refund.
Sales marked as FINAL cannot be returned. All Clearance items are final sales.
